Multiple users can work with Xpert-Timer on one PC. This requires a setting in the xperttimer.ini file.
Add the parameter:
SingleInstance = 0
in the [General] section.
In addition, you must ensure that users can log in to the Xpert-Timer system with a user name and password. If your company uses automatic Windows login, you must bypass this with a transfer parameter in the shortcut to the program.
Enter /logindialog after the target path in the shortcut properties. Set the user name and password in the Xpert-Timer employee management.
We recommend setting up a separate color for the timeline for each employee so that it is immediately apparent which employee is using the software. You can find the setting in Configuration -> Users -> General.
