Filter options

There are many filter options available in customer management. Most of them are self-explanatory. Select the appropriate search field and enter the relevant search text.

Selection

You can create a specific customer selection using the checkboxes in front of the customer numbers. These could be customers who belong to a specific industry, for example.

Right-click on the customers to save this selection and then filter it:

Customer categories

You can create global customer categories. This allows you to filter by customers who only receive a Christmas card, for example. Other customers receive a card and a gift. Set the check mark either directly in the customer data or in the customer management overview.
