If you want to record services anonymously in order to restructure your company or redistribute work areas, you can use the anonymization mode of Xpert-Timer. This means that your employees will not see any real data in the system. Employees can thus record their times without anyone in the company being able to assign these recorded times.
Projects are therefore evaluated anonymously. It is not possible to assign the recorded times. Xpert-Timer is therefore ideal for reorganization and recording workflows in the area of capacity management.
Visibility settings are controlled via "Employee Management" under the "Rights Groups" tab. Ensure that the relevant employees do not have the right to change the rights settings. (No rights relating to employee management). In addition, check the box next to "Anonymize employees."
