Quick settings in the Project Manager
You can make settings anywhere in the Project Manager with a single click in the corresponding columns. In the example, we click in the "Acceptance" project at the level of the "Status" column. This allows you to quickly adjust the status of the project.
Use the quick functions to make your work process in Xpert-Timer even more efficient and flexible!
•Direct editing in the table:
You can change settings immediately with a single click in the relevant column of a project, e.g., "Status." This allows you to adjust the project status directly.
•Multiple selection:
It is possible to select multiple projects at the same time and make settings for all selected projects in one go.
•Show and hide areas:
Use the quick access buttons at the bottom of the project manager to quickly show or hide different areas such as the project tree, details, or task list. This provides greater clarity and a customized working environment.
It is also possible to select multiple projects and adjust the settings.
The quickest way to show or hide the individual areas in your Project Manager is to use the quick access buttons at the bottom of your Project Manager.
Quick settings for tasks
You can also work particularly efficiently in task management:
Context menu via right-click:
Right-clicking on a specific column (e.g., "Priority") opens a context menu that allows you to change the priority directly, for example. This function is available in almost all table views in Xpert-Timer.
Drag & drop:
Tasks can be moved using drag & drop. Simply drag the desired task with the mouse to another category or project. This allows you to reorganize your task list quickly and intuitively.
Right-clicking in the respective column of the task list opens a context menu for that column. In the example, we right-click in the priority area, which gives us the option to set a priority directly. This right-click within the columns works in almost all table views in Xpert-Timer.
You can also move your tasks in the task list at any time using drag & drop. Simply select a task with the mouse and drag it to another category or project.
