You can create reminders for all objects in Xpert-Timer. This includes customers, projects, invoices, services, notes, documents, and tasks. Reminders can be used in a variety of ways. For example, as a reminder to contact a customer, as a reminder of which project or task you last worked on, as a reminder to do something related to a project, for queries to employees, etc. Let your creativity run wild.
You can display your reminders in the Project Manager using the "Display areas" button:
You can also display them as a separate dialog window via the "Window" menu item and the keyboard shortcut shown. This allows you to quickly check which reminders are due while you are working.
