Reimbursables are financial items belonging to the project that is used to calculate the total project costs. If the project time incurred is also to be included in this calculation, the billing period or the flat rate price of the project must also be recorded as a service.
Reimbursables include, for example:

▪Accommodation costs
▪Training
▪Shipping
▪Processing fees
▪Material costs
▪Other services
▪and much more
In the "Window" menu item, you can display an overview of the service templates you have created under "Service templates." You can edit this list individually and create a new Reimbursable ledger.
These templates will then be available to you later when invoicing or adding reimbursables to a project.
